maybe but ive heard that some people didn't even need to bypass the patch to do this glitch. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't its really just luck

You can re-download your map packs if you go to store and go to download management or w/e. And download them all again for free, seeing as you already bought them. Also you can try to do the glitch but it might not let you go back to the prestige you were on, that's what happened to me.
