Edit: Just faced him 3 times. Anything goes: Victory 20-10, Bolts only: 20-14(16?), Flamethrowers only, I hoed out with fireproof: 20-6. Hes a decent player, You just got to make sure to watch out for the occasional Gas/Frag.
