Ok First to do this you will need to get juggurnaut.Then once you have that go to the fishing hut. Then kill all the zombies but save 1. Go all the way to the back room and run to the right of the rope. You have to wait for the zombie to get inside of you. It should push you out. This is kind of hard to get perfectly so it will take you a few trys.
