Its because they haven't finished the back story( or we haven't found everything). I'm pretty sure they know a lot of people are talking about map pack 4. Josh also hasn't disproved rumors about map pack 4 either so there no confirm if there is one or not.

i higly doubt they would have a MP4, as we only have 39 days until Mw 2 comes out. Even if they do release a Map pack, no one will buy it. As they would save their money for what is going to be on MW 2. And its not like tryarch to keep us waiting without any details this long. If they dont give us details by oct, then there is no map pack. And they always release details about the map pack , a month before it comes out. That is a major detail to not haaving a map pack..

If they were going to release a 4th map pack they would notify us at least 2 weeks in advance and would have at least a trailer out for it. Stop giving people these false dates moron.
