yes, that is. there is another videos on youtube and he has video of someones character as they telelport popping into then leaving that tunnel. they even do the pap animation when they get in there! (coruch, move hands)
no secret rrom at all.

they need the "area" where you teleport somewhere in the map for use so its stuck out side of the map

For a moment there,I actually thought that was a secret room. Not Happy or Sad

But after reading all the comments about it just being were you teleport,then I guess it's not. :(

When You teleport You See That Thing But That can be A Secret room because As YoU can see, You Cannot get In that Room Without noclip
