Well since we haven't found much anymore I thought that maybe when Der Riese came out they changed the other maps too. By that I mean that maybe doing something in the old maps will unlock something in Der Riese.

Example:
Turning on the power in Verruct. Then make the bookcase in Doctors Quarters laugh and it will unlock the help room in Der Riese(its just an example...idk what would happen really...)

Anyone else think of this?

the map packs run independently tho so i dont think that would be possible from a technical point of view? you have to ask someone who knows more about it to confirm

doesnt seem likely how would they connect the maps. Also, they rushed the map which makes it even more unlikely.

Well there used to be modders who would make the game faster and if you quit and joined a different game then it would still be fast like a disease(something along those lines)
They patched it so it doesn't happen anymore but since that was possible what if transferring the events(that I said in original post) are still possible...(I suck a wording some things so try to bare with me)

I recentlly got WaW for PC and have been no clipping everywhere throu der riese

I've came to the conclusion there is no secret area (Unless it totally creates a new area in the map that isnt there) I went throu all the buildings floor by floor, Around each area outside the map and I even went as far as checking every spot of the loading screen map that shows a door/staircase that is not in the actual map. Theres nothing that i could find to lead me to think there is a secret area

As far as I can tell there maybe was meant to be another portion of map that was left/takin out near the help door. As there is a wall back there that has a hole that would fit perfectly with bieng a window for zombies to enter, That area is closed in nicely like it is an area we should be able to explore But there is nothing out there

So I think other than a minor easter egg or 2 der riese is all found out. I could be wrong (Hoping I am) but i just dont see it

Trey prolly found a major glitch or was just rushed with the map and never got to fully complete it

i.e. flytrap being uterlly useless, Radio 8 seems to be none existent, Type 99 and Saw'd off not added in even thou it was stated on there site as playable weapons

And if those are not cuases of being rushed or finding a glitch then Trey fails yet again
I had high hopes when this map was coming out and thus far have been disapointed at the lack of the finishing touches to this map

Yea, I think that there was no secret area, if there was, all the no-clippers would find it. But they still haven't, so treyarch is a FAIL.

Nice findings camel,you made a whole bunch of things clear there! I'm thinking they might release an update for WaW,in that update,the upgraded version of D-R will be in it. It would be cool,but I doubt it.
