This "sniper lobby" is private a regular matches (mainly private). You can only use bolt-action-rifles, and if you use one without a scope, then you can only no scope (So No Aiming! If you Don't Have A Scope...).

No "scoping" with a bolt-action-rifle without a scope (only no-scoping if you use without scope)

Why not put health on miniscule jugg wouldent work and 1 bullet kill no matter what, even if you use sleight of hand and steady aim!
