probably just some glitch or u just kinda ran away in a good fasion so the zombie couldnt hit you effectiactly, nothing big seems to me.

Yeah I got hit 3 times...I check for juggernaut and didn't have it either. Ussualy happens in the first 3-5 rounds for me.

maybe that came with new patch? idk lol
