Look on craigslist, Iv'e seen a lot for around $35-$40.

Only suckers would pay $60 for it at this point, try ebay as well. Stuff will go fairly cheap on there. There are some copies of Black Ops new for $50 with free shipping instant buy, and you can always get it for cheaper than a buy it now price. So you could snag a used copy for under $35 with a little luck
