In essence however, you're right they are getting scammed, but if we were to state that the slot is TEMPORARY (in this case, until you remove it yourself off the PS3, due to problems, or a system restoration, we aren't responsible for it. As long as we (the sellers) state that removal of the content on the PS3 isn't our responsibility, it isn't scamming.
This is legally correct, because it isn't our fault that they removed the content themselves, and we didn't FORCE them to remove it. They've received the content that was originally asked for. So, as long as we state that any removal or transfers of content to another PS3 isn't accepted in our trade agreement, we aren't held responsible, correct? Can a mod please read this statement, and clarify whether it is acceptable? I can explain it better if you need it to be.
