You can't get founder status anymore. It was only if you entered the code in the first month.

A founde card allows you to redeem it after that period has expired, and is therefore the only way to get founder status as of now.

I hope this is true. I've been holding on to an unopened Hardened edition of the game for Xbox hoping it will increase in value before I sell it. Sorry to hijack your thread, I was just hoping to confirm it is true that the founder code will still work when the box gets opened?
