I have all of the COD content offered on the PSN Store, and I can tell you that W@W is not offered on the PSN Store, nor do I think it ever will be. I've contacted Sony about getting it added, they told me they can't put it on the store because they aren't the original owners of the content, so I contacted Treyarch, and no response from them. The only thing offered on the PSN Store for W@W is the zombie map packs.
