You can find people in the other BO2 section doing the service for free. Heck even I was doing it unfortunately my thread got deleted as I stopped when the glitch got patched. But there is a bypass, its tricky but do-able.

That all depends on luck. I got banned right after the patch. Then I just did the glitch again. So did one of my mates. But all of my clan mates evaded the ban hammer, somehow..
