Eww.. Just Eww. Managed C# is the most efficient Visual Aided Application making, what your doing.. I wouldnt called this programming xD.

Managed C# is the most efficient Managed language for developing applications like this, Although C# it self is very efficient. Regardless Managed C++ is a no go, Thats just not what C++ is for.
