he said that modded rolls no recoil snacks and armor didn't show up on 2 of the 3 accounts
that's about 4 out of the 20 things that's missing on the list for each account

now I mod on ps3 and this person was on xb1 so theres no way for me to really take these accounts back
so I refunded some money, I refunded $3 I felt like that was enough for what was missing he still had the main things on the account and everything

but he was unhappy and kept leaving bad comments on my service bc he was unhappy with the refund so he disputes

so they think I should refund HALF of the price for each account for 4/20 things that are missing when he also didn't pay full price

not half of 21 its half of 14 because only 2 of the accounts had that problem but yea hes just being greedy and unreasonable I just wanted to make sure I wasn't the only reason that though that was a little much

I think the real problem is that you actually agreed to what the moderator said($7) but u actually only sent $6.
I do agree with you that refunding half (10 in this case) is too much but I also think that 3 is not enough at all... Personally I think that what the Mod came up with is a good compromise(6-7 is what I thought was fair)...

heres my point though he left $1 out when he paid me, the total cost was $21, he only paid $20
and I refunded $6 so in the end he got 7 and they still want me to send an extra 1

so if he pays the rest ill refund the rest
