All PS3/PS4 games are region free. Dlc however are not so if you got the US version of BF4 you need to buy the DLC on a US PSN account. Same goes for all other regions.

You can share content between accounts as long as the account that has the Content is set as your primary account.

which i think is stupid lol and that they shouldnt region lock dlc on ps4. on ps4 u cant really gameshare as such like you could on ps3

i dont want share with anyone , just all i need to know ,with the same console buy DLC from us store then back to my primary account EU the DLC work ??

no dlc is region locked buy dlc from us store only be able to use with us disc or us download of that game
