answer to your question is, it'll count as two separate trophy lists as they are different consoles, games like sound shapes actually have different trophy sets for each region too (only on ps4 though) so you can get x4 platinums for that game like i have lol.

the only way it would ever be the same trophy set was if you used two different region games that shared the same list.
