I've never heard of that before. Has it worked before this problem or always been like this?

Yeah it's always like this it's pretty annoying

Maybe resetting it back to factory settings then doing the firmware update again would fix it. It wouldn't be a hardware issue.

That's what I would do, unless anyone else has a different way of doing it?
