my ps3 did this alot but it would just reset it self but it could mean there is something wrong. what are you doing at the time it beeps?

maybe you terned it off when it was reading the hdd

Like lets say I'm playing cod or something it just beeps then turns off

Just trying to play a normal game of like cod or either battlefield
