Post: Dualshock 4 issues

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey guys I've been experiencing some problems with my Dualshock 4 controllers and wanted to know if there is any possible way to resolve this issue. So basically the problem is with the analog sticks, they do not respond correctly when I'm using them, if I try to run in a game it'll make me run in the wrong direction if I'm trying to shoot something I'll end up aiming to the sky or the ground instead of the target and it's just a pain in the ass. The left analog stick is acting up on one controller and the right analog stick on my 2nd controller. I haven't dropped it or anything so hopefully there is a way to fix this.

Any suggestions or ways to fix this?

Seems a little weird.

Does it happen with every game you play?

I'd contact Sony and see if they can send you a replacement.

(I haven't had any problems with my controller, and I've dropped it a few times now).

Yes, it happens with every game, and I'll call sony next time I get a chance. Thanks.

you sure its not just a settings issue? in game or in the devices section on the console?

It probably felt. And something in the analog sticks broke or dislocated...

Same here, when I pushed the left analogue to the left it was moving up/left and if I pushed it right it was moving down/right. I spoke to customer services who asked me to return it, and about 5 days later I got a nice new pad.

That happens to me too. how much did it cost to return it and get a new one?

Nothing, they email you a pdf with a returns label on it, the real cost was sitting on hold for 40 minutes trying to get through to an operator.
