You Need To Login To Your Uncle's Account On Your PS4 & Activate It As Your Primary PS4.. Then Your Uncle Gotta Login To His Own Account On His PS4, And Have Him Deactivate PS4 As The Primary On His System. That's It. You Can Now Download OR Gameshare Between You & Your Uncle.

I Dont Think You Can Activate 2 Devices At The Same Time, Sony Limits It On PS4.. Its Not The Same As PS3... All I Know That's The Way You Can Gameshare Between Other Peoples Account And Download Any DLC Or Games That Account Has.
