Not heard of that problems tbh. If I were you I'd try and reinitialize the PS4 with a new system software.

Well I can tell you my PS4 doesn't do it lol.

It's working fine now counted it to load took like 30 secs and after it's loaded then I close it the. Open it it's instant. What do you think?

Tested again under 5mins?

Also if I do a internet test it opens fine.

Could just be the Sony severs were slow at that time?

Am not to sure but it's doing my nut in lol I googled ps store problems and found 50% of the people have the problem not to sure about it as I did a internet test today when it would not load then tried loading it after and it did not load at all to I restarted my ps4 it funny tho as US chat said now it could be the hdd to send it to them and I don't really want to do that lol?.

That's so odd.

Give Sony a call and see what they say. If they don't help you, call back an hour later. Chances are you'll speak to someone new :p
