Anyone know of any new fixes for the Blue Light of Death for PS4?

This is the replacement console I received from Playstation Australia, which was delivered today so I wasn't actually able to play it at all.
I've tried everything from unplugging HDMI cables to unplugging TVs the whole lot of help that is out there on the internet has been none to my system.
I called Playstation Australia and I was told to send it off again which I'm a little annoyed about seeing as I'd have to wait another 2 weeks.

When I try to boot in safe mode it just turns off. Holding the power button for 7-10 seconds will boot your system into safe mode (Also should hear 2 beeps within the duration of holding the power button). I hold mine for atleast 14-15 seconds before hearing the second beep then it just turns off.

I've looked everywhere for a fix but only found articles that were created near release date which is why I ask if there's any new fixes for my situation.
