If you hacked your trophies and you did it the piss poor way. Then yes your ps4 will get banned. May not right away but if someone reports you it could happen

As Skaterboy said, just because it wouldn't get banned right away doesn't mean it wont in the future.
I wouldn't risk getting console banned, but that's just me.
