This usually happens when your PS4 isn't able to shutdown, depending on what application I have running, I have experienced this in the past, what game/app does this happen on for you?

Its either BF4 or Netflix

I get it in Netflix aswell, you are not alone, it is nothing bad, its just the PS4 forcing a program to shutdown instead of suspending it.

Kinda really annoyin tho, was trying to be sneaky on turning my ps4 off at 5am

Yea it is annoying, a way to avoid it is hold down the PS4 button, go on close application, then close Netflix/Battlefield 4
Then cut off your PS4.

Ehh still makes noise, wish they was a silent mode for the ps4 haha
