No, it will not. When a PS3 gets console banned, that unique Console ID each console is assigned is banned. Your PS4 console will NOT be banned since it uses a different Console ID. But if there are accounts on that PS3, they will get banned. If those get banned, then you cannot access them from the PS4.

So make sure to make new accounts on your CFW and use your main one on your PS4.
