(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Normal speed on my computer with WiFi & Ethernet: 100Mbps download and 20 Upload.

However, on my PS4. I get around 1-2Mbps download and Kbps upload!

I have a NetGear Nighthawk R7000, which is supposed to be pretty good, but the PS4 in other hand is not.

What I've tried:
- Set static IP
- Chang to Google DNS
- Port forward
- Enable QoS
- Enable DMZ Server

None of the options make any difference. Even with Ethernet, it seems to be fucked. I can't even take network speed test on my PS4 anymore, since it times out getting NAT Type.

Any ideas?

May need to update router? My router would work on all my devices, and PS3, but not on PS4, until I got Crapcast to send an updated router.

If i have a similar problem i do that and it works
Sometimes its a flaw in their router and i get a new one which fixes it or sometimes a reset alone is enough

Also does ur router support ip-fragmentation?

i had this same problem, maybe what did to solve mine can also solve yours, majority of routers now a days are at 2.4ghz and 5ghz, so i was talking to my ISP they were telling me that best way to go about this, is let everything else in my house run on 5ghz and let the ps4 run at 2.4ghz since it doesnt have the capability to run at 5ghz, and it seem to working for me
