They said they'll send me a email in the next 24 hours. The only email i got from Playstation was empty like no topic or anything. So what should i do? Ask Playstation to send me a new email or just wait for my ban to end, which i dont know how long it will last...?

No matter what you were banned for they cant reverse it. Even if you could prove you didnt do whatever you got banned for they will tell you once your banned it cant be undone. So you have to wait it out.

Yeah Ill just wait. Do you have any idea about the lenght? I read online someone got 1 week but im not sure about mine

I don't know what the ban length is for Hate Speech, never heard of getting banned for that reason. I would say a couple days or probably 2 weeks at most.
