My question is if i buy a game or any dlc content from the NA can i play the games and get the trophies on my EU account, and how would I buy games from the NA Store to use on my EU account could I use paypal or do I have to use a gift card

And u can play after that on ur eu account as long as its activated as ur primary ps4

Yes you can earn trophies and such. As for DLC, I'm not 100% sure since I rarely buy it. I'm from the UK and I have an American PSN too.

They take credit or debit cards from anywhere (unlike amazon.com) and once payment is confirmed, will give you the code a few seconds later. Then just redeem the code on the American PSN store and buy till your heart is content.

If the game region is different from your account, you cannot use purchased content. For example, if you purchase a Black Ops III season pass for US Disc on a UK account, it will not let you use it.
Not sure if that is what you meant.

the games are region free and the dlc is always region locked so always make sure that if u are getting games if with the dlc make sure its from the same region u bought the game on.
