You tried to chat with psn support?

no i havnt i can only assume its a maintenance going on that is causing this issue

edit im now also getting error bad request 404 while trying to get on the psn store via laptop web browser which didnt happen earlier

if it still doesnt work later you should try and go to psn support they should be helpfull

i am no longer having the issue so you can close
