You can call PSN through phone, and they can help you out. If you remember specific information on your account, or have the serial number of the PS Console you made it on, chances are 100% you'll get it back. I can't provide you PSN's Phone Number since I don't know where you specifically live at, but you can get your account back by just calling them, and report it was stolen.
