The thing is on my ps4 I'm using my friends PS+ he put his account on mine and I put it as primary he doesn't know I haven't had to buy Plus for 1year XD,but I buy this 2nd ps4 I will have to buy it

Yeah I was thinking that but wanna use it to boost/play offline games as my ps4 is getting full on space,Also correct me if I'm wrong.As my main account is activated on the first ps4 that means all my accounts can play all my games downloaded from the store,But if I were to put my main account on the 2nd ps4 only my account with the games from the store?
