There are no hacks for World of Warcraft. Best way you are going to achieve level 80 is by either doing it yourself (Super easy to do now) or pay for someone to level for you.

There are so many ways to get to level 80 now, and they're all super easy: Soloing, Recruit a Friend, instances, etc.
However, if you're desperate to get to 80 you could buy a power leveling service or buy a level 80 account off of some wow websites. I don't know if those services are worth it though so don't take my word for it

they fixed most of the hacks on WoW

There is one way,
Once when i played WoW I came across the WEH (World of Warcraft Emu Hacker)
It lets you play and speed the game up ect.. Just google it if you want it or whatever so yeah, no problem (There should be a version for the latest patch)
