Hmm why does my computer lag when I play any videos on the internet(youtube, myspace videos, etc.)? Is there any way I can improve my graphics card for free?

How can i wipe my whole laptop so it was exactly how it was when i first got it from the box?

whenever you first unpacked it and started up for the first time did you make recovery disks? thats what you would use.
