C(++)

All programming languages (even gscs!) have much related codes to C(++). If you can program in it, you can program in almost all programming languages.

Javascript

or

C++

or

C#

I recommend starting out with Microsoft Visual Basic, you can get a free full version at the official Microsoft site, it's extremely easy and it's great to start off with. I'm pretty sure it can use all coding languages except java, you basically make the GUI, then you put all the coding in yourself, it also has some coding dialogs pre-made for putting in yourself like for opening files. You can also make your own dialogs for easy access to put in multiple programs.

I'm pretty sure it compiles into .EXE using that program itself or just a windows application file depends what you choose, I'm not that experienced with it but yeah.

First what do you even want to do? Write games, or maybe exploits, utilities, or perhaps something else? Personally I am against anything that requires .net and the like such as C# & VB.

C/C++ are pretty much universal meaning you would be able to learn how to code for windows, or *nix. Doing so will also allow you to learn any other language pretty easily afterwords. Python is also something that might be worthwhile to learn.

I think you should start with Python or Java. They are the easiest ones.

Then go to C# and C++...
