Tranquility.
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Ok you guys so I have a Dell desktop that got a virus about 5 months ago and awhile ago I tried turning it on. When I did so it came up how I would like to start the computer, like safe mode etc. since it had just been shut off.(Does it everytime). So I click run it safe and then my computer just restarts!?!?! Is there anyway to get it off . . . My dad is taking it to his work tomorrow to have a IT guy look at it but if I can do anything with out loosing anything (Since he probably will do a reset and crap) what can I do?:embarrassed:

Need some help big time please!!!!

sorry dude by the sound of it u have a virus in the bootstat so he will probably have to replace the harddrive so you will probably lose the lot

Check processes, it may show up there

If he turns on his computer it restarts. ALSO,He can reformat from disc.
