The one you actually put together and put a little research into will be better then any of the ones you buy pre built

Then you might as well just goto a retail store and just pick one blind because you are going to get ripped off either way you go

Phenom x6 processor, 8GB Ram and Radeon graphics card.
Pretty much what you need without getting an Intel i7 and GeForce. Don't buy anything from a retail shop or eBay, get someone to build it for you.

okay, well.

I just recently built a brand new computer... Its much cheaper than buying a factory comp. if that is the route you wanna take though make sure you have at least a 4 core processor whether you want AMD or INTEL. I personally love AMD ... you can overclock the hell outta them and make them run just as good as the INTEL I7. No stock computer is gonna come with a good graphics card.. so thats something youll have to add when you purchase it. i would stick around the hd 5770 series .... its a amazing card.

if you buy a factory comp youll need to upgrade the PSU (Power supplY) somewhere between 500w to 700w depending on what Graphics card your running. So keep that in mind.

Next thing you will need to look at is RAM and how much your machine maxes at... most games ive found run smooth on 4 gigs, but your better off making sure you can advance if need be.

You want a DDR3 motherboard... its the newest and cheapest. DDR2 is expensive as hell for RAM.

I cant reccomend a computer to you... Maybe a HP will work for you. OR OR OR you can go to You must login or register to view this content.

^ you can completly build your own comp and they put it together and send it to you so you can use the sh1t outta it. Smile

hope some of this helped

EDIT: BTW do not get windows 32 bit ... get 64 bit... they gave me the wrong copy at the store i went to and now i cant use half my ram.

Very helpful! But my parents are buying it for me, and won't allow me to make a pre-built one... :(

David.
Do a barrel roll!
Go to a local PC shop, the will do the best deals for the parts, the will most likely build it for you to.

Well there is plenty of decent computers out there... it just depends on personal preference. HP and Dell both have superior computers... do some research as to what you want in a computer and you will find your pc.

Hope ya pick a winner!!!!
