NextGenUpdate

Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete
Go to Task Manager
Open up a new task/run a new task.
explorer.exe
as the program to run.

Should go all the way through then, but this means something is preventing it from loading, or you need to shut off explorer.exe in task manager and then rerun it using the above steps.

Tell me if that doesn't work.

It's a temp. fix, but it could be a variety of problems if that is the fix that is needed, I can guide you through the perm. steps.

Mines doesent not load but it takes a while to like load icons on desktop only on my account though quite annoying

same problem just happen to me after my browser froze i restarted pc then bam nuthing shows only cursor also befor i log in it says an error of explorer.exe numbers this program has to be terminatred or w\e press ok.
