U might wanna try this:
step 1. Get to windows log in screen (where u log in)
step 2. type your username and password.. now enter and then 1 sec later plug out the ethenrnet cable.. u might get ADMIN acces now Winky Winky
worked for me once.. but I was a lil scared lolol so didnt even open CMD.. haven't tried it afterwards yet

cmd.com save as batch file. or go into the registry Local Machine/Software/Policies/Microsoft
should be an entry called "disable cmd" or something just delete it.or set a task just a batch or something that does at "whatever oclock" /interactive "cmd.exe"
I have a batch that does that pm me if you want it.

Here is that batch it sets an new scheduled event one minute ahead of the current time.So the cmd doesn't pop up intill the next minute after you run this batch

1. Go to a folder
2. Create new shortcut
3. Call it regedit.exe
4. Then open it
5. Then navigate to
6. HKEY_CURRENT_USER>Software>Policies>Microsoft>Windows>System
7. Double click Disable CMD and chnage it's value to 0
8. Done

Or you can just delete the "Disable CMD" string
