Try and delete some things you never use, and uninstall some programs. It sounds like you might not have enough RAM either.

You have very shitty specs. Your processor is only 2GHz, that's less than a PS3. And you only have 2GB of RAM, Windows 7 takes up 1.5GB on idle. Actually, the PS3 Processor has 3.2GHz, so its not a fair comparison. Hell, my Intel i7 950 is only 3.06GHz.
