Post: Help with ubuntu.

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I'm 100% new to ubuntu. I just installed 10.10 with wubi on windows xp. When I start up I select ubuntu then I go to the grub thing. I have no idea how to start it up from here. help me!

Well ie never used wubi (mine is always vmware :carling: ) but you need to install the operating system as you would do with any opperating system m8. Other than that idk

1. Mount a ubuntu install disk or USB
2. Boot it up
3. Once booted goto the "Install Ubuntu shortcut"
4. Follow that.
5. Look for other tuts like this that are better than mine.

Well go to ubuntu.com and then find how to install ubuntu from a usb with universal usb mounter and get a USB stick and mount and boot.
