Is it plugged in right? Do you have the latest drivers? Are your PC specs good enough? Have you selected the correct recording device?

Yes i did al of that now im using an other program for recording called Debut video capture software, and now i see every 5 sec my ps3 screen for a sec! HELP ME!!

Unplug all cables, dust them and plug them all back in, make sure to put them all in the correct ports. Uninstall your recording software and reinstall it, Make sure you are using the correct Inputs and outputs also

Urmm, Also check that all your cables ends (Male and female) are intact with no visible damage. It may be worthwhile getting some different cables and seeing if it works properly then. If not then I would just ask for a replacement. Hope I helped

try it with a different video recording software since you had an error with it previous , if it dos'nt work i would bring the easycap back

Yeh thx but it seems that i have the fake easycap called Smi Grabber Device.
