I'm sure you can download explorer.exe somewhere on the internet and overwrite the old one.

Does it do this every time you go on the computer?

#1 Try what matt says and go to task manager, hit new task and type in explorer.exe

If that doesn't work

#2 Do a system restore. Since explorer.exe doesn't work, you may need the boot disc to do a complete system recovery, but I think there should be a setup option during boot up of the PC which will allow you to do a system restore.

He already told you that either the task manager nor the safe mode is working.

If youre still with this problem, pm me and ill give you a forum where you can post your problem and they will guide you to get your system again.

Hope that what im doing dont break the rules.
