Post: i have BSOD when booting win7 "BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO"

i have BSOD when starting windows 7
i have tried the safemode and the repair tools

and all startup options

nothing changed ..

and i tried replacing the RAM and again nothing happend
i even tried somethings from google

how i can restore the system without losing data ?

BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO
STOP 0x00000074

My Laptop info :
Toshiba U500-1DR
Windows 7 x64
Intel Core i5 2260 MHz
HDD 500 Gb
DVD-RW
DDR3 1066 MHz - 4096 Mb
NVIDIA GeForce 310M - 512 Mb GDDR3


Oh and the last thing that installed its win7 SP1 from Windows updates ..< is that the problem ?

Hey man i had the same problem a while ago so i switched back to factory settings. I had to take my laptop to a local repair shop and the guy opened it up, Cleaned it out and re-stored it back to factory settings and it has been fine ever since.

i fix it by system restore, strange i did that like 3 times and everytime give me error
