Well you can many things like shutting it down with a message, ping the computer, and much more.
If the computer is really unprotected you can do alot. There not really secretive or hard to get man, your IP could change everyday which is called a dynamic IP and some are static network but thats not often.
If you really wanted to screw tham , like take control, than you need a RAT (Remote Administration Tool)
