I cannot find the format discs to format my laptop... does anyone know any other way to format?

Go on someone elses computer and download a Torrent program and a Windows Vista x64 .iso and burn it to a disk
put disk in you computer and start it from that, it will give you option to format computer or repair I think.
Or if I was you id get Windows 7 as it has far less problems with it :y:
