Sites like that are run by webs.com which is a free hosting service.
You'll have trouble taking that down because if you did, You'de probably have to attack webs.com itself. (And you'de probably get caught, Since doing that would take down hundreds of thousands of .webs sites created)

you would also get in alot of trouble as there's millions of .webs sites & they would not be very happy people.

Well , it will be a challenge . But its possible :y:

use SQL I Helper, and find a weakness in the website, then use that exploit to gain the ftp access of that .webs.com site, allowing you to deface, without taking down the whole .webs.com network
