Need Help[Password Decoding]

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I know their most likely is already a fourm out there explaining this, but i could not find it. However, heres the question. How can i find out the password to my PC that has windows. Also, i dont wana change the password itself, just find out what it is. Because if i change it my mom will know i was messin with somthing....
