(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); ok i have a new pc and there ar currently 2 fans in it.

1 inside blowing at the processor
1 in back of the tower at the TOP blowing out,


i want to ether replace the 1 blowing at the processor
with Dynex 3.125" LED CPU Cooling Fan

or add it to the back blowing in or out??
I HAVE A PIC TO SHOW WERE I WANT TO ADD IT. ITS THE SPOT IN THE MIDDLE NEAR THE INPUTS STUFF

MY side panel do not have any were to put a fan.

I wouldn't replace the fans unless you're having cooling problems or problems with the fans. And unless you have a window on the side, there's no point in getting an LED fan. Are either of these the case?
