Find where it is booting from. Delete the files, clean registries and run more scans. (With Malware and Spyware scanner)

Restore your computer to an earlier date that you did not have this.

Run > msconfig > look at the files booting. Alternatively go on your C:// and try to find the files.

Turn off your computer, then boot it back up. When it's booting you should see "Dell" or whatever your computer/laptop is. In the bottom right of that there's going to be probably 2 lists of options. Be quick though, as it'll go away quick. It'll say Boot Options I think... might be F12 or F8. click that button then go into safe mode (It's easy after you click the button). From there,
Click Start.
Click Help and Support.
Type system restore in the Search box, and then press ENTER.

From there choose which one you need and you should be set.

Since mine didn't work, and Fletcher's sounds more efficient, I'll try to explain it more.

Press Start in the bottom left.

In the search area, You must login or register to view this content., type "msconfig".

Then this should come up. You must login or register to view this content.

Open that program now.

You should be at this program now, or something similar. You must login or register to view this content.

From there, go to Services and review everything that's running. If you come across something that you don't recognize, delete it.

  • Start your computer in Safe Mode
  • Open Malwarebytes
  • Try running a full system scan while here in safe mode.

If that doesnt work..
Check out your task manager and look for any processes that look lke "3405050" or random numbers look that. Reply back if you see something like that.
